What do I need to get started?
With the startup fee you receive one month worth of classes, a school T-shirt and a pair of training pants. That is all you need to get started.

Is there an age limit to your different classes?
We teach students starting as early as age 12, but you are never too old to learn Kung Fu. If you are looking for a rigorous workout, the Kung Fu classes are right for you. For a more calming workout, the Tai Chi classes might be more suitable.

Do I have to be in good shape to start taking Kung Fu?
No. Our programs are set up to suit any student's individual needs. We will help you to gradually reach your desired fitness level.

No. Our programs are set up to bring any student to from beginners level to a master of the art.

Can I learn to defend myself with Tai Chi?
Yes, the self defence applications are taught along with the movements.

Are there weapons in Tai Chi?
Yes, there are short-range weapons such as the double-edge straight-sword and the broad-sword, and long-range weapons such as the spear.

Is it important to learn Chi Gung?
Yes, there are great health benifits to learning Chi Gung. It teaches proper breathing excersises and it is a great stress-reliever.

How long does it take to move up in rank?
It would depend on how often you attend class, and how much you practice. Each level has requirements that need to be met, so it varies how long it takes to advance.
The very first level takes on average three months to achieve.

Can I order supplies through the school?
Yes, all clothing and weapons can be ordered through the school.

Do you offer a family discount?
Yes, we do offer a discount for families where more than one family member is participating in class. Contact us for more information.

Yes, because you get one on one, individual attention and it would enable you to refine the skills taught in regular class. Private lessons speed up the training process.
